Contact Center Phone Representative

Come join our growing company in St. Cloud! We want to add passionate people to our contact center team.  The ideal candidate loves technology, is focused, organized and loves helping others.  Shifts include days, evenings and weekends.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Provide superior customer experiences while receiving inbound calls including transferred sales leads from current and potential customers
  • Resolve customer requests related to: product details, issues with accounts, pricing, placing an order, order status, etc.
  • Accurately document calls/contacts, entering into proper databases and routes support requests to appropriate teams.
  • Adheres to contact center processes and workflow with attention to detail and continuous process improvement.
  • De-escalates conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

What we're looking for:

  • Call center experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment
  • Able to learn and navigate software quickly
